Type 3000L Sodium Flame Photometer

Specification and Services.

Purpose.

For use in conjunction with a Sodium Chloride Aerosol Generator to measure particulate filtration efficiencies of large or small installations.Naturally occurring sodium bearing aerosols may also be monitored.

Sensitivity.

The last digit shown on the panel meter 100 µg range indicates a concentration of 100ng/m³ giving a minimum detectable penetration of less than 0,001%. With a challenge aerosol of 13mg/m³.

Maximum Concentration.

Normal indication of mass concentrations up to 13mg/m³, but for short periods up to 20mg/m³ if calibrated to this level.

Sample Flow Rate

2 l / min +/- 0.1 l / min

Gas Supply.

Hydrogen 0.45 l / m @ 2 bar. [when compressed gas cylinders are used a suitable 2-stage regulator is required with the maximum out put pressure of 5 bar.]

Electrical Power.

85 to 264 Vac 50 to 60 Hz. Single Phase or 12 Vdc supply, selected by slide switch.

Compressed Air.

Clean, dry air @ 5 ? 7 bar if Air Pump option is fitted.
